I blew my nose for about 3-4 minutes tonight and harder than normal but not to the point where it would hurt. About a half hour later I have ended up with a really strong headache over my right eye. I have a sinus infection that has been going on for about 5 days. Should I be worried about the headache because of the excessive blowing? I heard it could be an anyuriesim
Headache can be due to sinusitis. On clinical examination there will be tenderness at evolved sinuses. Aneurysm causes Sub-arachnoid bleed and headache but that headachde is usually described as worst headache of you life. Also it is associated with out neurological symptoms like nuchal rigidity, confusion, nerve palsy etc. On clinical examination we are able to differentiate the two but if doubt is there NCCT head will be confirmatory. Try Analgesics decongestants and antibiotics for sinusitis you will be better in few days. Show to an ENT specialist for the same
