Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Sore Throat

My husband has had a headache at the top of this head for several days along with a sore throat. He has been to the doctor and has had IV s administer on two occasions. The headache has not deminished at all and he is also running a temp which varies from 99.6 to 102. any suggestions.

HI WELCOME TO HCM,
This could be a viral fever, the headache related to these viral infections appears to be related to the fever, the body's production of interferon, and other elements of the immune system combating the viral infection. The headaches typically are aggravated(increased) by exertion or straining and usually improve with rest...give him lot of fluids, orange juice (improve immune system),..give him symptomatic medications like paracetamol 500mg three times a day after food...if still persisting ..i suggest , him to consult a doctor for blood check ...wish him a speedy recovery...
