Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My dad is 73 years old. He is virtually in good health. He takes blood pressure medicine daily. The last two days his pressure has read a little higher than normal. He was just getting ready to take his bp medicine and he felt he needed to check his bp first. It read 130/57. He said he feels like he has no energy. Is he ok? Should he not take his bp pill for today?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, ideally hypertension need to be examined by the physician and it only need to be managed by physician and must not be treated beside the physician and better to see the consultant, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
