Suggest Remedy For High Cholesterol
Hello, Considering the fact that as long as the Total cholesterol/HDL ratio is less than 4.5, it is OK to continue your current diet and not take statins. I would just recommend avoiding alcohol intake. There is no reason to worry about your family history as it is usually not hereditary. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
