Suggest Remedy For High Fever With Alternating Chills And Neck Stiffness

My Daughter is 17 years old and generally healthy. She is running a 102.4+ fever and alternating with chills has a very stiff neck and swollen glands. Her period just ended. very squeeky voice without it being terribly sore and quite achy throughout her body. I have given her tylonol and gatorade and a cool compress for her forhead

Hello there,
You need to take her to physician urgently as she could be having meningitis. Please do not ignore as the infection can worsen quickly. Till then keep giving her cold compresses to forehead and entire body sponging with cool water.
But do not delay as she may need antibiotics or admission if diagnosed with meningitis.
