Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain And Bilateral FAI

I am a 23 year old female who has been having bilateral hop pain for approx 2 years. I have been diagnosed with with a bilateral FAI. I had an MRI/Arthrogram today and I am a bit confused about the results. The reading says that there is a small subcortical cyst at the anterior femoral head neck junction possibly caused by secocondary impact from the FAI. Also there are discrete tears anterior, superior, and posterior superior of the labrum. I am mostly confused as to what exactly the subcortical cyst is and what kind of impact that can have.
