Suggest Remedy For Hip/waist Pain
I m only 19 years old (female) but I ve been having some serious hip/waist issues most of my life. Most of the time when I sit down for even a little bit, my leg/hip will lock up in an exceptionally painful manner and it s very difficult to move my leg out of the position when it happens, and it s near crippling trying to stand up afterwards. Any idea?
