Dear user
Thank ou asking on HCM
Dear Mrs May I know your thyroid hormone level last check?
Are treatment with anti-thyroid tablets for your thyroid problems~(hyperthyroid)

As I know Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) is defined as a medical system, practice or product that is not usually thought of as standard care.
Standard medical care is care that is based on scientific evidence.
For patients with thyroid diseases, standard care may include thyroid hormone suppression or supplementation.
AS I know I must to saw that CAM included :
•     Mind –Body- Medicines(. Examples include:Yoga,Meditation,Hypnosis)
•     Biologically-Bazed- Practices(Includes dietary supplements and herbal products. Vitamins,Herbs,Special diets)It’s common in your case to be recommended to practice a special diet that avoids foods that contain iodine. It’s also common to be told to take Vitamin D or calcium supplementation.
•     Manipulative and body –based practices( Massage,Chiropraxy)

My suggest is if you desaidet to treatmet bye alternative medice. My recommended is :
•     Ask your physician if they can suggest a CAM practitioner
•     Ask whether someone in your case or treatment center can recommend a CAM practitioner
•     Ask whether your diagnostic center know a center for integrative medicine or has staff who practice thisthey must to have certification through NCCAOM (the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
My advise is also :Chek your blood test for thyroid hormone Tsh ,Ft3 ,Ft4 , USG (to see the form and structure thyroid)and than you conssoul with your endocrinologies and take more information Alternative Medicine center.

Hope i answer your questations,
Wish you good health
