I was walking up the stairs and felt a pinch in my left knee. Right in the middle left my knee. The next day I awoke and had a hard time walking. There is also a indent in my knee. It also feeld like the front of my knee is completely soft like nothing is there supporting my knee cap. I have a lump on the side of my knee as well.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand you concern. You should be worried but not too much. It seems you have osteoarthritis of knee joint. I see similar cases amongst people who visit my clinic. I advise my patients to go on hypouricosuric diet: avoid chocolate, peas, beans, market juices and boiled water after meat, radish, beet, tomato and etc. I test them for uric acid, Glucosamine and Chondroitine sulfate .I recommend:
- Ketoprofen: 75 mg orally 3 times a day or 50 mg orally 4 times a day.
-Cartigen plus 1 capsule twice a day for 1 month, then 1 capsule once a day for 2-3 months.
- Calcium D3 1 tablet once a day for 1 month.
Hope this helps.
