Hello,

For the loss of appetite and indigestion, the underlying cause is a matter of concern with the history of breast cancer and chemotherapy.

These could be the cause of loss of appetite, disease itself may be the cause.

Indigestion can be due to some infection or diet, fresh fruit juice can be tried, she can take the light diet and avoid the spicy, fat-containing food, an oral digestive enzyme may be helpful, even vitamin supply could be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Akhtarhusain, General & Family Physician
