Suggest Remedy For Infected Red Hard Bumps On Legs And Buttocks

Hi my grandsons have these bumps that are red and hard some of them are under there arms and some are on their legs and buttocks they say it is something new and they are going through their day care what are these and how do we get rid of them. when they break open they are puss filled also.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to infective boil and this is nothing to worry, just take care of good hygiene try to have bath twice in day apply some antiseptic lotion on the boils and everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
