Suggest Remedy For Infected Warts On The Foot

I have had a wart on my foot for about a year. It went away last week, but multiple warts have popped up on my foot. I m worried about it because some have blackened and look like they are rotting, eating away at the skin. Should I see my personal doctor to remove them?
