I have an infection that is on the right inside of my buttock. I have a rather large skin tag in that area and then noticed that the area and all surrounding areas were becoming warm and under the skin a hard swelling occurred with pain to the touch. Within a day what looks to an abcess has gotten pretty ugly and is oozing. I took a picture of it. The skin tag is a few inches away from the wound, but I think it may have caused the infection to begin with. I have no health insurance at this time, and have had no money to treat this. Today I bought and antibiotic ointment and gauze to cover it. It is oozing red and yellowish and the guaze upon removal has a very bad stench to it. What can I do to remedy this?
