Im 17 and at the very end of my penis, just around where urine comes out, it is inflamed.. it is pink/purple and kind of sticks out a tiny bit, it look a bit like a pair of lips... i dont think its normal.. any idea what it is or how to get rid of it??

The head of my penis is also very sore under the foreskin, i can bearly touch it.. can anyone help?

please, anything would be helpful.. have you even heard of this before? is it common?
