Suggest Remedy For Inflammation In Roof Of Mouth

Why would cold pizza cause the roof of my mouth soft palate to inflame. Note that I eat pizza all the time and have no problems as well and no tomato allergies. I'm sitting here with the slice and tried to finish the it and the pain came back acutely. Can you tell me how this is possible

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain swelling of the roof of mouth and soft palate immediately after eating pizza definitely indicates some allergic reaction and it seems to be due to some or the other ingredient of the pizza which can be not necessarily tomatoes or cheese but many other ingredients added to it which can even include certain preservatives and other spices added to them..

You should take anti allergics like Allegra 60mg twice daily for 3 days and Ibuprofen in case of pain..
In case if you find similar kind of symptoms by taking other foods also then you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for the cause of pain and swelling and get treated accordingly..
