Suggest Remedy For Inflammed And Painful Labia With Feverish Feeling

One side of my labia is inflamed, feverish, and very painful. I am also having trouble emptying my bladder . I went to the doctor 3 days ago and was put on Bactrim. The next day it was worse so I went back and they tried lancing it. But it was not filled with pus, but just swollen. I m supposed to wait a couple more days to see if the antibiotic works, but it is just getting more swollen and painful. There is little to no drainage from the lancing. They also did a urinalysis on the second day, but that was clear. Should I really wait?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the possibility of urinary tract infection need to be ruled out then it is better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test but chances of infection is very less and this could be just local infection and this need to be managed with "Povidone Iodine" cream hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
