Suggest Remedy For Intense Pain And Swelling In Right Foot After A Fall

I fell a week ago,which the impact was on my right side which seemed to heal ok,but my right foot is still in pain,and some swelling if I am on it too long..No brusing at all on the right foot at all!!!..At times the pain is severe and aches really intense at time too!

Hello,

You are experiencing pain and swelling in the right foot pain after a fall. It can be due to internal injury, fracture, injury to the ligaments, tendons, blood vessels, nerves, muscles, joints, soft tissues, or bones. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an Orthopedics, intense pain and swelling are indicative of fracture.

Get X-ray and Imaging tests (CT, MRI) done to get a detailed study so that the treatment can be started at the earliest. In the meantime, stay at rest. Keep your leg elevated on a stool while sitting or on a pillow when on bed. Take pain relieving medications like Combiflam, one SOS after food when required to ease pain and discomfort. Get treated.
