Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstrual Pattern

Hi, I am a 28 year old girl and I am concerned about a situation. A month ago I got extremely sick and had to take 3 strong antibiotics and a lot of IV fluids. I usually get my period on time. My last period (July 11th) came 1 week earlier. I ve been spotting for the past 5 days and today I was bleeding, looks like I got my period again !!! PS: I have been sexually active for a month now. Please advice me on the above. Thank you!
