Hi, i m 26 yrs old, 3 yrs complete my marriage life, i have irregular period last 3rs i take folicacid tab, then last month i injec ttc 2000 9th day of my period , i missing My period 48 days over i test home pregnancy it is negative any hope for my pregnancy i am also take thyroid tablet 75 mg pls help me, wgat is further treatment

hello madam..
if the pregnancy test is negative and you have missed period for nearly 48 days it is better to approach a gynecologist for a thorough clinical examination..
there can be a lot of causes for amenorrhea(no period) like
starving/lack of proper diet
excessive work
PCOS
HYPOTHYROID/HYPERTHYROIDISM
since how many days you are taking thyroid tablet?
so it is better to get evaluated by a gynecologist and get necessary blood workup and scan of abdomen and pelvis if required...
