Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation Due To PCOD
Doctor I have PCOD for last 4 year s. I also have thyroid problem. My menstrual cycle was irregular for many years so I consulted a doctor . He prescribed me emirate tablets for 5 days (two in a day). Now after 5 days of my tablet I am no having periods. What should I do? But when I take regesteron tablet at same dosage My periods started in 4 th day after taking tablets.

The most effective way to regularise your period in PCOD is through exercise and weight loss. Hormones are a short term solution. Check your thyroid levels. That can also cause irregualr periods. You can take Progesterone in this cycle which will cause withdrawal bleeding. But before starting anything, make sure you do a urine pregnancy test and confirm that you are not pregnant
