General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the pregnancy tests are repeatedly negative then it must be due to another cause.

Delayed or irregular periods can be due to: (1) polycystic ovarian disease/syndrome
(2) emotional or physical stress or illness
(3)thyroid disease
(4)side effect of medication
(5)high levels of a hormone called prolactin

Blood tests for the thyroid , prolactin and other hormones would be needed to find the cause.

I hope this helps
