Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation With Excessive Weight Gain And Hair Loss
i hv irregular menstrual cycle (its something like i can get it anytime, anywhere. jus goes in hardly drops and no fixed dates), hv become overweight (gained some 15kgs), hv got severe hairfall (hairline receded), acne problems. i wanted to know what should i do for these?

The cause of menstrual irregularity in your case can be mostly hypothyroidism. PCOD , ovarian cyst are alternative remote possibilities.
Get yourself checked by a gynecologist followed by pathological tests( thyroid function tests,USG abdomen and blood hormone estimation of needful) followed by changed life style advised and medicines as per cause.
