Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation With Recurring Vaginal Bleeding
I am suffering from irregular period.my period is finished on fourth day but now it takes a gap for two three or four days and again bleeding started for one or two days .what should i do . Even i am taking duloton tablets from two month .last month petiod was for three days ,this month it was for four days but after three days it start again
As per my clinical experience, the irregular inter menstrual bleed while on hormone therapy may be in concern with: - Adenomyosis of endometrium - Endometrial hyperplasia - Uterine fibroids
- Endometriosis - Ovarian cyst with estrogen secreting tumor - Disorders of hypothalamus pituitary ovarian axis - Related to smoking, high BP and other systemic issues
However, many of the times, evaluation with: - Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis - Hormone profile - Endometrial sampling with dilatation and curettage (diagnostic and curative)
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
