Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, i m 25 years old. I ve always had irregular period problems for three to four years now. This month however, i m getting it three times. First I got it on 1st Oct and it lasted for 4days, then I got it again on the 12th and it lasted for 4days again. Today when I got up, I got it again. Is some wrong with me?

From your above description it seems that you are having irregular menstruation , i would like to ask you couple of more question which would help me to diagnose your issue ,do you have any cramping during menstruation , is the flow heavy or normal , any similar episodes in the past , at what age did u had your first period ?
