You are suffering from Hypothyroidism. Fortunately good treatment exists for this. You will be prescribed Thyroid hormones which will also help regularise your cycles and lose weight. The pimples need to be looked at by Dermatologist as good treatment is available for that as well. Do not delay. Better to geet scanned for ovarian cysts as well to be safe as occurrence of pimples can point to PCOS. Also get blood sugar tested.
