Suggest Remedy For Irritation And Pain In The Ear

On December, I was raking up moldy leaves in yard. The next day my left ear began itching like a bug crawling around in it. AFter about one week, I saw a ARNP and she gave me steroids to take orally for 9 days to no effect. I then went to family doctor and he said everything looked fine but gave me Acetasol with Hydrocortisone to put in ear - no effect. I then went ENT and he took hearing test (it was normal) and said it was allergies. I went to another ENT and he put me on Betadine, 5 drops bid to no effect. The itching will subside for a few days and then begin again. It went away for 4 days last week and I went swimming. After 30 minutes my pharynx began to have pain it it. This lasted a few hours. The pain comes now sometimes in the morning. I am an avid swimmer who has discontinued it since problem began. I am at the "end of my rope" and don't know what direction to go. The itching decreases with Neo Synephrine spray, but can't use that constantly. I take Zyrtec daily and also Flonase. History of allergies, currently on desentisization shots. The one thing I did do after raking those leaves in December was immediately use a Neti Pot. I noticed some bulbbling in my ear at the time and wonder if I washed something into it. Any ideas!
