Suggest Remedy For Itching And Flaky Skin On The Testicles

Hello, I was taking a bath with a little ammonia in my bath water. I eventually started having a real bad itching problem on my scrotum area. This itching has been going on for years. The skin is dry and flaky, and I recently remembered that I was bathing with the product, but it has got worse. What can I try to stop this?

It is mostly due to some sort of fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for severe itching. Use candid-b powder or betnovate-c cream for local application. Maintain local hygiene of private parts.
