Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems to be allergic reaction to the toxic chemical that has been injected by the bee under the skin due to bee sting. The swelling, redness, itching and pain is due to inflammation secondary to allergic reaction..
You can take anti-allergic medicine like fexofenadine [allegra] and diphenhydrmine [benadryl] for reducing allergy symptoms.
Apply a steroid ointment over the sting site to reduce inflammation..
You can also apply calamine lotion..
You can also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do cold compresses..

It will take 4 to 5 days to almost a week for the swelling and pain to resolve completely..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
