Suggest Remedy For Itching And Tiny Cracks On Foreskin

I am 78 year old male and am experiencing itching and tiny cracks on my foreskin. Has been going on for six months or so. Have tried careful hygiene and even some lotion from Australia, seemed to help some but condition still persists. Really burns when urinating. No sexual activity for years. Any advice?

For itching and tiny cracks on foreskin you can take antibiotic like cefadroxyl or azithromycin after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can use betnovate-c or clop-g cream for local application. Take fluconazole 150 once daily at night for at-least 5 days. If still the itching persists than you can take steroids as suggested by the doctor.
