Suggest Remedy For Itching On The Penis And The Problem Of Urinary Incontinence

About November last year, I had sex with a Japanese female at my college, and when she was giving me oral sex, she bit me with her teeth, and ever since then, my penis has never been the same. I ve been having trouble getting and maintaining erections, I ve been having itching on the skin below the head of my penis, frequent urination, and I noticed that my penis size has decreased ever since that night. When it first happened, I noticed there were teeth marks near the head of my penis, but those eventually went away. I went to the hospital a few months later, and the woman there tested me for HIV. (The tests came back negative). She told me it appeared as if I had fungus inside my penis, from the bite marks, so she also prescribed me Nystatin for the itching, but that didn t work, so a few months later, I went to a dermatologist. He prescribed me some cloderm, and when I thought that it removed the itch, it came back! Not only that, but I noticed that my penis was sensitive to friction, and things such as sex or masturbation would sometimes be unpleasant or painful. I went back to my dermatologist and explained the situation. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the skin of my penis, and that the skin looked healthy, despite the fact that I still had itching. He then gave me some cutivate for the itching, and he told me what could be bothering me is that I may have eczema or skin irritation on my penis, but even now, a month after using the cutivate, my penis still itches! I don t have AIDS or HIV, and my dermatologist told me it doesn t look like a yeast infection. Do you know what could be wrong with my penis, and/or what kind of treatment should I use now? I used Monistat, the product that women would use for yeast/fungal infections, and they got rid of most of the penile itch, but problems still remain with my groin area. After the penile itch went away, my testicles began itching after using Monistat, and after using Magic Shave cream (a hair removal cream), my testicles became really irritated and the itching became worse. Another problem is that during the penile itching, I also had small bumps and itching in my anus, which still exists to this day. I went to the dermatologist about all of these problems, and he said he didn t know what was wrong. He word for word, said everything seems to look fine, but since problems still exist, I know something is definitely not right. He wouldn t even do the skin biopsy that you recommended, and he gave me a hard time. He told me to put cortaid on my groin and my butt, but I need a cure, and not a temporary fix. My testicles, my groin area, and the head of my penis are all red, and I haven t done anything to them. My penis still is having problems gaining and maintaining erections, and the size is not normal. I was at least 5.2 inches erect before any of this happened, and now I m only 4 inches erect after the damage. It took a product called Chainsaw by Vigor Labs to give me a erection, and when I do get erected, it feels like something on the inside of my penis like skin or another object is being pulled back, preventing me from getting my normal size. Plus, the area around the head of my penis (the skin underneath it) is still itchy, and feels like a cut is there. I plan to go to the urologist (since the dermatologist didn t help) and discuss my problems with him. I was gonna request for him to do a skin biopsy also, since some urologists do those as well. Could it be possible for me to have jock itch? and based off the symptoms I ve listed, could there be any other conditions than balanoposthitis and prostatitis that exist? And are there any cures or creams you could recommend for me to handle these problems, in case the urologist doesn t have a solution?
