Suggest Remedy For Itchy Dry Vaginal Skin

I have been having itches around my inner thigh and vagina regiion for 11months. And it causes peeling and a sort of dry skin. Two weeks ago I had a swap test and result showed scanty growth of staploccocous auries. Please this itches is very embarrassing. I need help.
