Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy rashes on chest and back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query meningitis , chickenpox , contact dermatitis , eczema , dry skin , eczema and erythema nodosum. Need not to owrry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on rashes , avoid applying any cosmetic product except petroleum jelly , take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl and drink plenty of water . If condition doesn't get well the consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like blood test , allergy test and skin patch test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment or antibiotics like clindamycin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
