Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What problems you are facing related to itching sensation over testicles and penis could be related to fungal infection. It is not due to hernia or testucular cancer. Hernia would present with bulge along the groin, which aggeevates with increased abdominal pressure like coughing. Symptoms would be like having dragging sensation and mild pain in the lower abdomen. Testicular cancer would present with irregular and hard scrotal swelling, which can present with pain and dragging sensation in scrotum. Do not use mustard oil for your itching sensation. Kindly use Cream containing Clotrimazole twice daily after washing the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon. You can take Tablet. Levocetrizine once a day to control itching. Do not wear damp undergarments and keep the area under good hygiene. Gradually, your symptoms should come down. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
