Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes
I have an itchy rash on one side of my waist line and the front of my thigh, and on my shin on the opposite leg. Very itchy. looks like small bumps, whitish or flesh colored. It spreads and gets red and bruised the more I scratch. a patch on my waist/ hip feels a bit dry and numb. antihistamines seem to help for a while. The skin becomes bumpy.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
