Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Skin In Vagina

I have really bad itchy red skin in my vagina. At the sides of my legs It is red and spotty like a Rash i did do immac veet cream down below and i think my skin has come off at the side of my leg due to a reaction. I am 35 weeks pregnant, what can i use?

I would keep a possibility of Allergic contact dermatitis to hair removal cream, which you used recently.
If I was the treating doctor I would have suggested you to used moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream twice daily for a few day.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help you symptomatically in providing itch relief.
