Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Under Penile Foreskin
doctor, i am 45 yrs old and there is red spots under the foreskin of penis and i feel itching not all the time some time and I do not have any pain or irritation during the intercourse. I got treated by skin specialist in bangalore, india I did use betnovat skin cream and other creams but no improvement. Kindly advise.

As you have said these symptoms are suggestive of fungal infection. For that you have to take some antibiotic preferably cap doxycycline 100 mg twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days with tab levocet or tab desloratidine twice daily after meals for itching with cap omez or tab rantac twice daily empty stomach. You also have to take tab fole 150 mg once daily at night for at-least 5 days. Continue betnovate cream or clobit-gm cream for local application.
