Hello I am suffering almost a year I am having difficulties with allergies and also with redness on my face which is very itchy often after few days will became very dry still itchy ..I went to see a doctor he gave me a corticosteroid cream for face but its not very helpful I been also given same cream for my hand because was probably exem it healed nicely ...recently last month also I started to having problem with dandruff only in some parts of scalp not all over ...I feel very tired most days, I am bloated after some meal my body is very swollen all my legs hands and face ...could you please tell me what it could be I am thinking if its not a gluten allergies which I never been diagnose Thank you
