Suggest Remedy For Itchy Small Bumps In The Crease Of My Elbow

I have small red bumps in the crease of my elbow. I ve had them for quite sometime now and I ve tried neosporin and hydrocortizone but neither got rid of the bumps. The bumps are coupled together and there s about 16. Sometimes it itches but triamcinolone and nyastatin put the itching to rest but the bumps never go away.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be atopic dermatitis. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis.

I would suggest..

- Antihistaminics like desloratidine 5 mg daily
- steroids like methyle prednisolone in tappering dose
- apply tacrolimus 0.03% oint
- avoid soap bath
- avoid contact with allergens like house dust, house dust mite,pollens..etc

I hope this would help you..

Thanks.
