I have been suffering with sores on the back of my hands and on my elbows and other areas of my body, it becomes very itchy and painfall in the sun or when I use hot water on those areas, I have seen over ten dermatologies and almost all of the send me home not knowing what it is. I am a diabetic age 59 and have been treated with cortisone creams each time. The ares of concern have all turned dark and hurt as well as itch continnually, Can you help diagnos?
