my complexion is light brown i have developed little yellow itchy splotches on my cheeks of my face i noticed when i smooth over it it turns ashey white i applied some neem oil but it made it turn a little red as if irritated can you help I read online it may be a yeast infection I also notice a darker brown splotch under my chin that also turns white like I dusted powder on it (ashey). It seems like it may have travelled from there. I wear a hijab scarf and niqab veil and I have been sweating alot lately I use white pillow cases and wash them frequently/ I am 54 and weigh approximately 180 lbs and I am 5 foot 4 inches tall
