I have been having this ongoing pain when I go to sleep since I was a child through the years it has gotten worse I try to go to sleep or relax and within 15 to 20 minutes my legs have the urge to move they are achy, crawling, and I kick in my sleep.my mother and sister have rls I believe this is what I have to it is getting so bad since I got into my car accident it is now moving to my arms it is a deep sensation and I wake my partner which is terrible because we just got engaged now he will not sleep in the same bed as me due to this can you PLEASE HELP ME!
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that, rolling in bed in deep sleep, talking in sleep, like kicking in sleep these are all sleep disorders and mainly seen in young subjects and this comes around with time there is no specific medicine available for this nether to worry about this, have nice day.
