Pain in my left knee. X-rays did not reveal anything major, a little arthritis and I was told 2 years ago I have a frayed minisuc. Had a kenalog shot 2 days ago. It still hurts, I feel they gave the shot in the wrong spot, not really where the pain is. I am going to Paris soon and so afraid I won't be able to walk. Should I get another shot before I go and hope it works better?
