Suggest Remedy For Lethargy And ESR Level Of 20

I feel very low and tired these days so I did ESR test on 19th of aug 2015 it is 69.. and in 2012 I had lump node tuberculosis and I got treated for 9month.. After the treatment ESR was around 20 so then doctor asked me to stop the medicine. .. Plz suggest me..

Repeat your tuberculin test and see what the result says. A quantiferon test is also a good indicator.
