I have a don with G6PD and also eczema. He has developed these light spots on his skin that are sort of rash like. Also they get red when he is in the sun. Some on his face... down the back for both arms to the elbow and along his inner thighs down to his knees almost. I had a similar issue when i was younger. They told me to stay away from milk and the swimming pool. So I am wondering what this is. what treatment should I seek.
