Suggest Remedy For Liquid Discharge From Anus
Hi, I'm 30 yrs old and weigh arnd 65. I have a query i.e i had pain in my anal for almost 3 weeks while sitting & walking and yesterday only i got a relief from pain after small blood spray came from out from my anal after bowl movement. But today there is a new pblm that started i.e after bowl today there was little pain but after 2 hrs a small content of liquid started flowing from anal and it is continuing after an hour or so and even if i'm trying to contract the muscles it still comes out in small amount and it is still cuming out after few intervals. I only had fruits and lemon juice since morning but there is no difference.

I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be suggestive of hemorrhoid or fissure and it could be associated with abscess formation. Such condition demands the surgical procedure, till then you can try antibiotic like Amoxicillin 500 mg 3 times in day, Ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times in day and Vitamin c 3 times in day, sitz bath can also be tried.
I would advise you to see the surgeon but even with the surgery it may not be cured (If it is the hemorrhoid ). Even in case of abscess, it may need surgical draining of pus. In differential diagnosis, it could be descending colon pathology (Inflammatory disease).
