In that case the liver function test and the prothrombin time would be abnormal. If these two are within normal limits it is unlikely that the bleed you had was due to liver issues. You need to examine your oral cavity for local cause of bleeding and may require a chest xray to rule out lesions in the lung causing the bleed. Get a complete blood count and a coagulation profile done. I hope that answers your question. Regards.
