Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion And Vomiting

Hi doctor,

My wife delivered a baby girl one month ago. She is suffering with loose motions and vomitings from yesterday night. One of the doctor advised her to take 2 sporalac tablets and 1 zofer 4 mg tablet. She has taken these tablets before going to bed. She has also taken buscopan tablet. Now there are no vomitings but still suffering with loose motions. The frequency of motion is reduced. She has taken the tablets 6 hours ago. Is it fine to take one more sporalac tablet now. How many tablets she can take in a day.Please suggest me. How

Well come to HCM
Most of the diarrhea are self limiting only hydration is matter such diarrhea needs treatment when this is happening due to some infection, now once the treatment being started then this need to be finished, no need to have any vigorous treatment for this, take care and have a nice day.
