Suggest Remedy For Loose Motions

Hi, I am a lady of 40 years of age. I had the problem of loose motion for 2-3 years about two three years ago. Bt nw it's been under control. Bt sometimes once in a while, still face the problem of loose motion. one of my friends suggested to take Ciplox-TZ 500 or Cifomed-TZ, which i used to take. Bt i want to know what are the sideeffects of dat or shud i take sporlac? Plz guide me asap...........Thank u......
