Suggest Remedy For Loose Stitches After Lips Surgery

i just had a cyst removed on my inner lip last wednesday suppose to get stitches out this wednesday.........the doctor did a continuous stitch but tonight I saw that the stitches our loose and there is a string hanging out.........my stitches are coming out is this ok there is no bleeding so I'm just worried if this is normal
