What Causes Burning Sensation In The Thumb After Treating An Injury?
Ok so I just had stitches put in my thumb due to a workplace injury. About 12 hours later (now) the area around the stitches, not the stitches themselves, on the thumb is giving off this burning sensation. The stitches couldn t have broken since it is wrapped.
